During May, a Powhiri was held at the Takahanga Marae in Kaikoura to recognise Spray Marks and Downer. It was a very proud moment in Spray Marks history.
We are working with the local Marae towards the recovery of Kaikoura and playing a part in the rebuild so it can become the great destination it once was, while ensuring our teams return home safely to their families every night. We are very pleased to be partnering with the local people of Kaikoura in the rebuild of their district and the Powhiri was a fantastic experience

Spray Marks Traffic has over 40 employees now based in Kaikoura.
Our teams are managing the traffic in the area during the ongoing repair works, which are expect to last some time. Some of our new employees include locals from Kaikoura and several of our existing Ashburton and Christchurch staff have relocated there for the time being.
